The hotel is conveniently located near Savannah, grocery stores, Historic Downtown, Westside Savannah, and the Southside. The staff was pleasant and exceptional. The breakfast with wine or beer was a nice touch. Great service was provided during the stay.

Very nice hotel with a lovely welcoming lobby / Dining room and reception staff. When we arrived there was a complimentary social gathering with drinks and buffet which was very nice after quite a long journey. Breakfast each morning was very good and plentiful. The 2 bedroomed suite was ideal for our family of 6 in total.

Had a real good stay for a business trip, everything was perfect. The room was well-equipped with a comfy bed and a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. All the staff was hard-working and really helpful, fixed my issues. The breakfast had a lot of outstanding food and drinks.

The rooms have comfortable beds and smoke detectors, and breakfast offers a fantastic variety of delicious food options.

This was a great alternative to staying in the more pricey historic district. The staff was fantastic - kind, helpful and polite. The facilities were clean and the pool was a lot of fun for my kids. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub which is right next to the pool so that we could keep an eye on our kids. the kitchenette was great to have. Breakfast was decent.

I only wish that breakfast would have lasted a bit longer. We were on vacation and wanted to sleep in a bit. We had to get up by 8 in order to have the family up and dressed and ready to go out the door by 8:45 so that we didn't have to rush through breakfast and/or get the scant leftovers at closing.

The breakfast here was excellent, with a variety of fruit and beer, and the restaurant's selection was exceptional.

Suites were very nice, good beds, comfortable We forgot a parcel in the hotel safe and Clare was very helpful and efficient in Fedexing it to us

Windows were old and room was facing a very busy road. Very noisy. Told front desk staff I was not happy and they just ignored problem. Spent two sleepless nights Room had coffee service but cups were not replaced and no stir sticks. Drinking glass in bathroom was dirty and was not replaced Asked at front desk for fresh milk for the coffee. Told kitchen was locked. Meantime there was a fridge under the buffet island with milk in it

The size of the room.

The street noise. The breakfast staff was terrible, not nice at all. The scrambled eggs were horrendous. The front desk clerk told me to park by the basketball court-our room was the last room on the other end of the building???

I truly enjoyed well-appointed and reasonably large room in this hotel.
